Return Merchandise

If you receive a different item from what you have ordered, you have seven (7) days from the date of receipt to request an unique RMA #. You must return the item(s) in its original condition with all accessories and manuals included. RMA # must be written on the shipping label and not on the item packaging. Returns without a valid RMA # will be discarded. If the item(s) you returned are damaged and/or some accessories are missing, iFunCity.com reserves the right to retain your payment up to 100% or to charge you a restocking fee of fifteen (15) percent. iFunCity will not refund the shipment back to our office or provide return labels at this time.

Make sure to include your RMA# number either on or in the return package. If you omit the RMA# on the package it may cause delays in the resolution of your return.
